TRAVELLING TUITION

BACKGROUND
A family from the USA wished to travel to Barcelona for a three month period so that their son could attend a professional sports institute. This required taking the boy out of school for a period of time and so they enlisted the help of Witherow Brooke to recruit a tutor who could deliver his entire school syllabus to him in the mornings so that the boy could train in the afternoon.
OUTCOME
Witherow Brooke were able to place a tutor from their existing network who had ample experience of homeschooling and an impeccable academic record in both Sciences and Humanities. The tutor was in regular contact with the boy’s teachers at his school so that they could cover the same material as his peers. With one-to-one tuition, the student was in fact able to move far beyond the material his peers were studying and was able to arrive back at school with a head start the following semester.
